Mick Jagger brought his signature strut to the Oscars when he made a surprise appearance to announce best original song.
Jagger practically bounced onto the stage, as the crowd erupted into applause. He explained that he was there because Bob Dylan, who was originally asked to be a presenter, declined.
He said Dylan, 83, said they should ask someone younger and technically the “Rolling Stones” frontman, 81, qualified.

Social media users applauded the energy Jagger brought to the ceremony.
“It is crazy how much more charisma mick jagger has then like anyone in hollywood lol,” one said on X.
Another wrote, “Mick Jagger just coming on stage and taking control of the entire room lol real star power is crazy.”
