How strong is Captain America in The First Avenger and Avengers

The Avengers decide to work together once again to protect the stones before Thanos can achieve his ultimate goal. In both Endgame and Infinity War , Steve used a weapon given to him by the Wakanda government and he still used the same fighting method, mainly using fists, kicks, and throwing shields.
