An Indonesian woman’s body was found in the belly of a giant python after people caught it near where the victim went missing.
Daily Mail reported that Ms. Wa Tiba, 54 years old, was last seen gardening at home on Sulawesi Island – Indonesia on the evening of June 14 (local time). Her family felt worried because she did not return home until the next morning.
Those who witnessed it were shocked and burst into tears
Her two sons went to the corn fields to look for their mother but only saw Ms. Tiba’s footprints with a flashlight, machete and sandals. In particular, two children were frightened when they saw a large python with a suspiciously bulging abdomen, so they immediately called the police.
At around 9:00 am on June 15, police and hundreds of people were at the scene to discover the python. Here, the python was so full that it could barely move. A long shape rising up in the middle of its belly portends a bad omen for witnesses.
Several people used their phones to record videos while one person carefully used a machete to cut a line along the python’s belly.
Hamka, the local police chief, said that when they cut open the python’s stomach, they saw the entire body of Ms. Wa Tiba is still fully clothed. Her head is located at the tail while her legs are facing the python’s mouth.
The body of an unfortunate woman
A local resident recounted: “Witnessing that scene, we were all shocked and burst into tears. Everything happened like a horror movie. We were all frightened, had to go out and save our lives.” I can pray for my safety.”
The python’s body lay on the ground with its belly swollen
According to Mr. Hamka, the garden where Ms. Tiba disappeared is located at the foot of a cliff, surrounded by caves and is known to be home to pythons. Many giant pythons, with a length of about 6 m, are often found in Indonesia and the Philippines.
