After celebrating her Best Actress Oscar win at the 2013 Academy Awards late into the night, Jennifer Lawrence showed no signs of slowing down. The 22-year-old actress was spotted in Beverly Hills, gearing up for re-shoots for her upcoming film, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Fresh from the Rossano Ferretti hair salon, Lawrence emerged with her hair dyed near jet black, an eye-catching transformation from her previous honey-hued locks.
After her graceful appearance at the Oscars on Sunday night, where she flaunted her honey-hued locks while accepting her esteemed award, the Oscar-winning star swiftly transitioned back to the dark side to fully embody her Hunger Games character, Katniss Everdeen.
Reports indicate that Jennifer Lawrence is set to engage in re-shoots for the film this week, with the actress apparently maintaining her cheerful demeanor during a recent visit to a salon in Beverly Hills. According to sources who spoke to TooFab.com, Lawrence was friendly to the staff and mentioned her upcoming trip to Hawaii, where she is anticipated to delve into her work on the film.
Evidently basking in the glow of her recent victory, the actress exuded a radiant demeanor as she swiftly departed for her car, clutching a bag of salon treats. Despite the previous night’s festivities, Jennifer showed no traces of weariness, donning a relaxed ensemble of a grey T-shirt, a black cardigan, and a daringly slashed black maxi skirt. Her vibrant energy was palpable as she hurried towards the awaiting chauffeured vehicle in her plush velvet loafers.
Sporting a pair of chic black shades, the spirited star shielded her likely fatigued eyes while flaunting a sophisticated black leather handbag adorned with gold studs.
Clutching onto her gold statuette, the star posed proudly on the Vanity Fair red-carpet in a slinky silver Calvin Klein gown.
She had changed into the dress after tripping on her strapless Dior Haute Couture gown as she took to the stage to accept her award at the ceremony earlier.
Jennifer was seen momentarily hanging her head in her hands after the mishap which occurred on the steps leading up to the stage.

Both Jennifer’s Silver Linings Playbook co-star Bradley Cooper and her X-Men: First Class co-star Hugh Jackman were seen rushing to the actress’ rescue.
But Jennifer was quick to rectify the situation, declining any help as she picked herself up and continued to accept the award.
As she got back onto her feet, the star-studded audience gave the actress a standing ovation – much to the actress’ embarrassment.

Despite her initial blushes, Jennifer quickly laughed off the incident and began her stream of thank yous.
‘Thank you so much,’ she told them. ‘This is nuts. You guys are only standing up because I fell and you feel bad. That was embarrassing.’
Jennifer also thanked her co-stars, crew and team for their support before wishing her fellow nominee, Amour star Emmanuelle Riva a happy 86th birthday.

Perhaps Jennifer’s quick recovery is due to the fact that she’s been in a very similar situation before.
At the Screen Actor’s Guild Awards earlier this year, Jennifer’s midnight blue Dior gown appeared to fall apart as she climbed the stairs.
Then Dior explained that the dress was made in layers, with Jennifer simply hitching up the top layer to reveal her legs.

This time the unfortunate incident could have been even worse.

‘It would have been too insane,’ Jennifer told Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet.
Jennifer Lawrence dazzled at the Vanity Fair Oscars party in a sleek silver Calvin Klein gown. Despite her stunning appearance, she humorously confessed her desire to kick off her heels and indulge in some McDonald’s, lamenting the whirlwind of preparations leading up to the event.
Describing the chaotic scene at her house before the ceremony, she compared it to a scene from “Father of the Bride.” Jennifer’s family was there to share in her joy, with her mother Karen embracing her tightly as she accepted the award.
Meanwhile, her ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hoult expressed pride in her achievements, emphasizing their continued friendship despite their split earlier in the year. Nicholas himself has been busy with upcoming projects like “Jack the Giant Slayer” and “Mad Max: Fury Road,” relishing the opportunity to take on more assertive roles in his career.
