Gymnast Simone Biles has yet to confirm whether she plans to compete at the 2024 Paris Olympics, but while she takes time to make up her mind, she isn’t letting her training regimen fall by the wayside.
The 24-year-old Olympian was seen making her way out of her gym in Spring, Texas, on Monday, looking as though she had just run through an intense workout.
Showing off her enviably athletic physique in a white tank top and a pair of tiny black booty shorts, Biles looked totally at ease as she made her way to her car, carrying a black hoodie over one arm, and a $3,200 Louis Vuitton tote on her shoulder.
Wearing her hair in long braids, the athlete topped off her sporty ensemble with a pair of white sneakers and a simple black face mask.
It is the second time that the gymnast has been spotted at the World Champions Centre since she returned from Tokyo – where she dropped out of five event finals amid struggles with her mental health.

Kicking back: Over the weekend, Biles took a break from training in order to soak up some sun at her $750,000 home, where she flaunted her abs in a two-toned ombre bikini
Gal pals: The athlete was joined for her sunbathing session by several friends, who happily kicked back in her huge swimming pool
Her latest appearance at the training facility, which is owned by her parents Ron and Nellie Biles, will likely add further fuel to speculation that she is hoping to add a third Games to her resume, despite Biles remaining tight lipped about her future plans.
Before the gymnast has to make a decision about whether or not to work towards a spot on the US squad for the Paris Games, she will first take part in a national 35-city tour that will see her showing off her skills alongside several other elite athletes, including her fellow 2020 Olympians Mykayla Skinner and Jordan Chiles.
The Gold Over America Tour (GOAT), which is sponsored by Athleta, a brand for which Biles serves as a spokesmodel, will see the 19-time World Champion taking on the headliner role – and will likely earn her a hefty sum in the process.
Tickets for the lucrative events cost up to $200 each, although the most expensive VIP packages are priced at a staggering $349 per person.
And while Biles is clearly committed to her ongoing training regimen ahead of the tour, she has found plenty of time to sneak in some rest and relaxation in between her trips to the gym – much of which has been spent hanging by the pool at her $750,000 home.
Over the weekend, the gymnast shared several images and videos from her fun-filled pool sessions, including a cheeky clip that saw her flaunting her abs in a pretty two-toned ombre bikini.
She has also made sure to spend as much time as possible with her NFL star boyfriend Jonathan Owens, 26, with the couple spending a romantic Sunday evening together watching the sun set from her picture-perfect backyard before cuddling up together on her couch.

In one intimate video posted to her Instagram Stories, Biles was seen lying back on the comfy cushions while a shirtless Owens nuzzles his face into her neck.
The couple’s cozy evening came after Biles caught up with her friend and fellow Tokyo Olympian Nicole Ahsinger, 23, who competed for Team USA in the trampoline events at the Games.
Biles shared several snaps of herself modeling her colorful bikini, including a photo of herself and pal Ahsinger posing together in the gymnast’s home – joking in the caption that the duo ‘may contain tequila’.
They were also joined by several of Biles’ friends, who posed for several poolside selfies with the gymnast as they soaked up the sun together.
The friends clearly enjoyed several drinks during their time together, with Biles also adding on Twitter that she could ‘literally feel this tequila running through her body’.
Although Biles is of legal drinking age, her tweet prompted a ferocious debate among her followers – with her supporters and fans leaping to her defense as she faced criticism from some over her decision to post about drinking just weeks after she made the shock choice to pull out of five event finals in Tokyo amid battled with her mental health.
‘This is not going to end well,’ one person replied to the tweet.
What a view: Biles appears to have been relishing her downtime at home, spending many days hanging out by the pool with friends
Impressive: The gymnast lives in a $750,000 property in Spring, Texas, where she has a stunning pool area, complete with shaded loungers and a swinging picnic table
‘All of you that are coddling the behavior of someone that recently admitted to some psychological issues and is now on here talking about drinking, blows my mind. I hope I’m wrong!’
Another person chimed in: ‘As a youth football coaching legend, I find that to be a deeply irresponsible decision for you to make during the Olympics and then brag about it on social media.’
However, many were quick to hit back at Biles’ critics, with several people insisting that she has ‘earned the right to enjoy herself’ after going through such a rocky time in Tokyo.
‘Well deserved and enjoy! And from an old pro, now is the time to give the phone to a friend who isn’t drinking tequila. Learned that lesson the hard way a few times,’ one person wrote.
‘She became the GOAT by all HER hard work, how she celebrates is her choice,’ another user added.
‘Don’t make her responsible for kids. That’s a parent’s job. Why are certain people held to a higher standard by those who can’t achieve the same but who for some reason believe the can judge.’
Gal pals: Biles got the chance to catch up with her friend and fellow Olympian Nicole Ahsinger, who competed for Team USA in the trampoline events in Tokyo
BFFs: She also snapped a selfie video with her friend Sam as they hung out by the pool
All grown up: Biles joked about her tequila consumption on Instagram and Twitter – where some people criticized her for speaking about drinking
One simply wrote: ‘You deserve several drinks sis, enjoy.’
Since her return home, Biles seems to have been relishing the opportunity to rest and relax, spending plenty of time by her pool and lounging around in her home.
She has been spotted making one appearance at her home gym – sparking speculation that she may well be considering continuing her training in preparation for the Paris Olympics in three years.
That training may well have been put on pause in recent days however, after she was bitten by one of her parent’s German Shepherds, leaving her with a gruesome looking wound on her finger.
Sharing footage of the cut on her Instagram Stories, Biles assured her followers that she was fine, although she admitted that she went straight to the doctor to get a tetanus shot just in case.
Biles has remained fairly tight-lipped on whether she will continue training for the Paris 2024 Olympics, but did concede to the Today show’s Hoda Kotb last week that she is ‘leaving the door open’ to the Paris Games, by which point she will be 27 years old and likely the oldest gymnast competing for Team USA.
Ouch! Last week, the Olympian showed off a gruesome wound that she sustained after being bitten by one of her parents’ German Shepherds
The injury likely means a break from training for Biles, who was seen making her way to her gymnastics training center in Spring, Texas on Monday
Returning in 2024 would give her a shot at more gold medals after a case of ‘the twisties’ derailed her plans for Olympic glory this summer

Returning in 2024 would give her a shot at more gold medals after a case of ‘the twisties’ derailed her plans for Olympic glory this summer.
The mental block causes gymnasts to feel like they are ‘lost in the air,’ and Biles has admitted that she was ‘petrified’ she was going to suffer serious injury as a result of the condition — which she has also revealed was likely ‘triggered’ by the trauma of the abuse she suffered at the hands of pedophile doctor Larry Nassar.
‘Now that I think of it, maybe in the back of my head, probably, yes, because there are certain triggers that you don’t even know. And I think [the abuse] could have [affected me],’ she said on Today shortly after her Olympics came to an end.
Biles dropped out of five event finals amid struggles with her mental health, missing out on the team final, all-around, uneven bars, vault, and floor exercise events. She returned to competition in time for the balance beam final and ended up winning a bronze medal – the same podium position she found herself on in Rio.
Her withdrawal from the team final – and her subsequent decision to pull out of the other events – sparked a furious debate online and in the media, with some accusing the gymnast of ‘quitting’ and ‘abandoning’ her team.
However, Biles has repeatedly hit back at her critics, insisting that she made a ‘brave’ decision in pulling out of the competitions in order to protect her mental and physical health – both of which were compromised as a result of her struggle with the ‘twisties’.
