Prior to her first performance at the American Music Awards in two years, Selena Gomez experienced a “panic attack

Her new tracks from an unreleased album have put her back in the spotlight after she took a break from the music business.

Furthermore, it has been almost two years since Selena Gomez’s last live performance when she allegedly had a “panic attack” prior to her American Music Awards performance.

Prior to her comeback as the show’s opener at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday night, the 27-year-old was ‘putting a lot of pressure on herself,’ according to E! Updates.

Before going out, Selena undoubtedly experienced anxiety and a panic attack and was putting a lot of pressure on herself, according to a source.

As she “seemed overcome with emotion” on stage, many were a little worried during her performance.

In addition to being absent from the AMAs since 2017, Gomez made her live debut on Sunday night after a two-year hiatus.

She performed her two new songs while rocking a figure-hugging, long-sleeved black dress that she had to change into a mirrored corset.

The song Look at Her Now is a tribute to overcoming challenges, while the song Lose You to Love Me is purportedly about her ex Justin Bieber.

She posted on Instagram, saying, “Feels good to be back.” I’d like to express my gratitude to my whole team and my supporters. This is all for you, and it’s all your fault. eager for this chapter, which is #sg2 @amas.

When Selena was recognized for her work advocating for mental health earlier this year at the McLean Hospital’s Annual Dinner, she gave a brief account of her personal struggle.

“I wasn’t able to stay all buttoned up and together last year because I was suffering mentally and emotionally,” she stated. “I couldn’t contain my smile or maintain a normal appearance.”

Last year, she looked for a mental health treatment program and checked herself into a facility.

“After a year of extremely hard labor… She declared, “I am happier, healthier, and more in control of my thoughts and emotions than I have ever been.”

Selena thanked her fans in an October interview with Ryan Seacrest for supporting her through some trying moments.

“They have supported me for a very long time and have been there for me through everything,” she remarked. “I simply wished to inform them that I was okay.”
