Kim Kardashian received some major heat last month after revealing she indulged in a private island getaway for her 40th birthday amid the coronavirus pandemic.
And on Monday night, the KUWTK star decided to do some vague ‘reflecting’ as she lounged seductively in her Calabasas home’s spacious walk-in closet.
For her evening brain-racking, Kardashian slipped her famous physique into a tiny white ʙικιɴι that highlighted her glowing tan.
Surrounded by her wide collection of boots and Birkins, Kardashian rested atop a suede bench and posed with her hands on her head.
The KKW Beauty founder rocked some ruby red tresses that were styled into two тιԍнтly woven French braids
To create a bit of softness, Kim decided to leave some of her bangs out of the braids so they could flow down her face.
Kardashian sported her signature soft brown smokey eye, which often includes a pair of wispy false lashes and a precise winged eyeliner.
She dressed her plump pout with a tinge of lip liner and a generous amount of lip gloss, while her already sculpted features were carved out with a warm toned bronzer
Kim’s flattering ʙικιɴι provided her chest with a flattering lift and created the illusion of an even smaller waistline.
Since uploading the sultry self-portrait to Instagram, the mother of four has garnered nearly 1million likes.
Though she did not explicitly state what she planned to reflect on, Kim still may be traumatized by the online backlash she received following her October birthday trip
In celebration of her milestone birthday, the SKIMS CEO revealed to her social media following on Twitter and Instagram that she orchestrated an elaborate family/friend getaway.
The one-week trip, which cost a reported $1million, according to Page Six, took place on Marlon Brando’s private island in Tahiti.
Kim proudly shared pH๏τos from the extravagant vacation and explained that all in attendance were subjected to COVID testing and had to quarantine for two-weeks in order to ‘pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time.’
’40 and feeling so humbled and blessed,’ Kim wrote in her post’s caption, which was shared to Instagram and Twitter following the trip.
‘There is not a single day that I take for granted, especially during these times when we are all reminded of the things that truly matter. For my birthday this year, I couldn’t think of a better way to spend it than with some of the people who have helped shaped me into the woman I am today.
Before COVID, I don’t think any of us truly appreciated what a simple luxury it was to be able to travel and be together with family and friends in a safe environment.
‘After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time.
‘We danced, rode bikes, swam near whales, kayaked, watched a movie on the beach and so much more. I realize that for most people, this is something that is so far out of reach right now, so in moments like these, I am humbly reminded of how privileged my life is. #thisis40.’
Once the post hit the internet, social media users turned out in droves to criticize the Kardashian family for taking a trip amid a pandemic that has cost the lives and jobs of so many.
Despite the criticism, Kim and her various family members have continued to put pH๏τos and footage from the ‘once in a lifetime’ adventure to their various social media pages.
Aside from reveling in her extraordinary existence, Kim has been busy hyping up the release of the latest addition to her ever expanding SKIMS line.
Hitting the brand’s official website on November 24, Tuesday are the highly anticipated SKIMS Slides.
