Will PTSD Get The Better Of Drew Cain? Prison Jump Affects Him More Than He Admits

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is ready to live his life to the fullest. He’s been through a lot over the years, but his recent prison stint shook him tremendously.

As he focuses on being a present dad to Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante), his relationship with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), and his other loved ones, will a little post-traumatic stress unexpectedly cause drama in his life?

General Hospital Spoilers – Sam McCall Picks Up On Something

GH spoilers note that Drew’s ex, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will notice something off about his behavior and be worried about him.

Whether he overreacts to being startled or possibly she notices him compensating for his PTSD by acting overly enthusiastic about everything (which Drew tends to do in general), she’ll be concerned.

He’ll likely be in her orbit to pick up or drop off Scout, which is when she’ll pick up on this.

But will she share her worry about Mr. Cain with anyone else? Will she fluff it under the table? Will she address it with Drew, where he tells her there’s nothing to be concerned about?

GH Spoilers – Drew Cain Spirals Fast

There’s a good chance Sam doesn’t tell anyone what she’s concerned about. She’s got a lot going on.

In addition to work and being a busy mom of two, she and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) are worried about Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) and her situation.

Charlotte may not be Sante’s child, but they’ve watched over her like their own, and she is Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Francis Carr) half-sister.

That may mean Drew’s PTSD is swept under the rug for the time being. In the land of daytime, things either move fast or at a snail’s pace – there is no in-between.

Could Drew spiral quickly? Could this PTSD have him doing something terrible, like possibly attacking someone without just cause?

Could he land back in prison because of it? He’s currently on probation, so anything is possible.
