Tonight marks a big milestone for Taylor Swift’s iconic Eras Tour: it’s her last show of 2023. And when the “Karma” singer takes the stage in São Paulo, Brazil, fans are expecting her to make a major announcement about an upcoming album.
Swifties are convinced the Grammy-winner will announce Reputation (Taylor’s Version) during her show this evening — and there are actually so many clues that it’s true. Swift announced 1989 (Taylor’s Version) during her concert on Aug. 9 after singing the last song from the album, “New Romantics,” as a surprise song. After she performed “So It Goes…” in Rio de Janeiro last weekend, “I Did Something Bad” is the only Reputation-era song she has not performed live. So fans believe that she will sing it tonight along with her announcement.

“I CAN SEE IT ALREADY WITH I DID SOMETHING BAD BEING THE LAST REP SONG,” one person tweeted, explaining, “’I DID SOMETHING BAD BUT WHYS IT FEEL SO GOOD… OH BECAUSE REP MY VERSION IS OUT NOW’”
“MANIFESTING THIS😂,” they added.
Others pointed to her fashion lately, which has included tons of black outfits. One fan tweeted, “TAYLOR ALISON SWIFT!!!! YOU WEARING ALL THESE BLACK OUTFITS MEANS I BETTER GET A REP TV ANNOUNCEMENT 😭😭🖤.”
Still other fans think the date, November 26, has some significance. Today is National Cake Day, which fans think is a nod to the cake in Swift’s “I Bet You Think About Me” music video, per Bustle. The top of the cake has “26” on it along with other prominent numbers (like Swift’s favorite “13”) and Swift ran two fingers through the icing that looks like an 11, which could hint to an announcement on 11/26.
Swift has been re-recording her albums and releasing them as “Taylor’s Version”s since 2021 as a way to take back ownership of her music after Scooter Braun sold her master recordings in 2019. She released Fearless (Taylor’s Version) and Red (Taylor’s Version) in 2021, Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) in July 2023, and 1989 (Taylor’s Version) in October 2023. She has yet to release Reputation (Taylor’s Version) and Taylor Swift (Taylor’s Version). Fingers crossed!
