Fury lives in Morecambe whilst Reynolds co-owns the victorious Welsh club
Tyson Fury called out Ryan Reynolds as his Morecambe side were hammered 6-0 by their EFL SkyBet League Two rivals Wrexham, who Reynolds co-owns, although there is a huge caveat involved.
So the WBC heavyweight champion hasn’t actually called out the actor himself but challenged his iconic character, Deadpool, to the scrap, but wouldn’t the alternative option have been just as incredible?
He did so by heading to social media after full-time to use his business account, “Furocity”, to post artwork of the unbeaten boxer going toe-to-toe with the beloved Marvel character at the Racecourse Ground in Wales.
He asked fans, “Who would win in a fight?”, with the options being Fury or Deadpool accompanied by a couple of emojis, with the artwork in the style of as typical boxing promotion.
Goals from Paul Mullin, Jacob Mendy and James Jones, combined with an unfortunate own goal, gave the Red Dragons their 10th win of the season as they moved up to second in the league.

Meanwhile the managerless Morecambe slipped down to 12th in the table with their sixth loss of the campaign, as they are now two points off the pace of the play-offs in their quest to return to League One.
When is Fury vs Usyk?
Fury is currently preparing to meet the unified heavyweight champion, Oleksandr Usyk, in the ring in Saudi Arabia.
The pair will compete for the status and honor of being the first undisputed champion in the division since 1999, when the legendary Lennox Lewis held all of the belts
The fight is currently booked for February 17, although negotiations between the pair previously broke down due to constant tweaks to the contract, so do not hold your breath too tightly.
If Fury claims the win, he will improve his own reputation after a lackluster performance against Francis Ngannou in October when the boxer was knocked down by an MMA fighter.
