They’re one of the most talked-about celebrity families in the world, so it’s hard to believe the Hadids first rose to international prominence in November 2012 when matriarch Yolanda Hadid joined season 3 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Little did we know while watching the former Dutch model raise young Gigi, Bella and Anwar, that they would become some of the most successful and wealthiest models in the world. And that’s only the beginning of the famous Hadid clan’s financial success.

So who is sitting on more millions now in 2021 than ever before?

Yolanda Hadid, 57

Born and raised on a small farmer’s town in The Netherlands, Yolanda sure has come a long way.

After working as an international model in Paris, Hamburg, Milan, Sydney, Tokyo and New York, she eventually moved to Los Angeles in 1994 and started her family with ex-hubby, Mohamed Hadid.

Yolanda is best known for appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from 2012 to 2016.

In 2012, she was diagnosed with Lyme disease, and her whole ordeal was documented on RHOBH.

Considering her diverse career and the fact that she was previously married to two very wealthy men, it’s almost no surprise Yolanda has accumulated an impressive fortune of US$45 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth (source of all stats quoted).

Gigi Hadid, 26

We watched Gigi go from a tomboy teen on RHOBH to one of the world’s most iconic supermodels right before our eyes. In fact, since becoming a full-time model in 2013, Gigi has made over 35 appearances on international Vogue magazine covers.

These days, she is one of the highest-paid models in the world, making up to US$10 million per year, according to online estimates, thanks to various contracts with brands including Maybelline, Versace and Tommy Hilfiger.

Bella Hadid, 24

Just as we were getting used to Gigi becoming the industry’s “It” supermodel, Bella appeared out of nowhere and joined her older sister on the runway.

Bella signed with IMG Models in 2014, merely a year after Gigi did. Perhaps after she noticed what modelling was doing for her sister’s bank account.

By 2018, Bella had earned US$8.5 million making her the eighth highest-paid model in the world. And No 7 on the list right above her? Only sister Gigi, of course.

Mohamed Hadid, 72

Property developer Mohamed is the father of five, and has been married twice – first to a lady called Mary Butler, and then famously to Yolanda from 1994 to 2000.

Hadid was prosecuted criminally by the Los Angeles city council in 2015 after he refused to comply with stop work orders on a mega-mansion that was declared a “clear and present danger” to the properties around it. It’s still standing today because Hadid, once a multimillionaire, told the court he doesn’t have the US$5 million it would cost to demolish. He then declared in 2020 that he was broke, facing US$60 million in losses over the infamous mansion, half of it his money and the other half loans.

Anwar Hadid, 22

At 22 years old, Anwar is the youngest member of the famous Hadid clan.

Anwar is best known for his modelling work, eventually following in the footsteps of sisters Gigi and Bella in his late teens. He also dabbled in music and released his debut album, “Bleach”, in April 2019. So far, he’s made himself a cool US$4 million.

Marielle is the eldest Hadid sibling and the firstborn of Mohamed and first wife Mary. The couple called it quits in 1992.

Marielle is a mother of two and launched an eyewear brand called Hadid Eyewear. Her son and daughter make regular appearances on aunt Gigi’s Instagram page.

Alana Hadid, 36

Alana is Marielle’s younger sister and the second daughter of Mohamed and Mary.

Sticking to her family’s fashion roots, she works as a fashion designer in New York. Judging by her Instagram, she’s also got a must-have wardrobe, and has collaborated with the likes of Lou & Grey and the Current Moji brand.

And … don’t forget Yolanda’s ex-husband, who’s like a second dad to Gigi and co …

David Foster, 71

We can’t talk about the Hadid millions without mentioning Yolanda’s ex-husband, David Foster. The pair were married between 2011 and 2017, and he played the role of loving stepdad to Gigi, Bella and co., as seen on RHOBH.

David is a legendary music mogul and has worked with the likes of Whitney Houston, Celine Dion and Barbara Streisand. He’s won 16 Grammy Awards from 47 nominations during his impressive career, securing an estimated US$150 million net worth in the process. Yep, that means David is the wealthier than all of the Hadids combined.
