The singers reunited nearly two months after Beyoncé supported Taylor Swift at the Eras Tour concert film premiere in L.A.
Beyoncé was there when Taylor Swift celebrated the premiere of her Eras Tour concert film last month — and now Swift is stepping out in style to show her support for Queen Bey (proving once again these girls really do run the world).
The singers reunited at the London premiere of Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour concert film on Thursday as Swift, 33, showed her support for her fellow music industry icon. And she made sure to rep the Renaissance dress code in a show-stopping silver look.
Swift channeled a mirrorball in a glittering sequin Balmain gown with Anita Ko jewels and Giuseppe Zanotti heels. She teamed the look with her signature red lip and soft waves styled with a deep side part.
Swift’s appearance comes after she was last seen with Beyoncé at the premiere of the Eras Tour concert film in Los Angeles in October.
In an Instagram post, the “Anti-Hero” singer reflected on how much it meant to her to have Queen Bey in attendance as she celebrated her record-breaking world tour — and danced to hits from throughout her career.
“I’m so glad I’ll never know what my life would’ve been like without @beyonce‘s influence,” Swift wrote as she shared a boomerang video of her and Beyoncé inside the movie theater. “The way she’s taught me and every artist out here to break rules and defy industry norms. Her generosity of spirit. Her resilience and versatility.”
Swift continued, “She’s been a guiding light throughout my career and the fact that she showed up tonight was like an actual fairytale. 😇🙏🥹.”
The London premiere of Beyoncé’s concert film, titled Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé, follows the star-studded L.A. premiere she hosted on Saturday, where she debuted a platinum blonde look.
While Swift was on hand to celebrate Beyoncé in London, she had a plethora of support in L.A., too, with four of her former Destiny’s Child bandmates in attendance: Michelle Williams, Kelly Rowland, LaTavia Roberson and LeToya Luckett.
Lori Harvey, Gabrielle Union and Vanessa Bryant were among the other stars in attendance at the premiere.
Both Swift and Beyoncé’s powerhouse tours dominated the world this summer, and the singers have long shared a sweet friendship that dates back to the 2009 VMAs.
They both have previously shared some of the fun moments they’ve had together, as they’ve supported each other through various career milestones and even celebrated birthdays together.
In 2021, Swift revealed that Beyoncé gifted her a bouquet of flowers after she became the first female artist to win her third album of the year Grammy for her album folklore.
Beyoncé congratulated Swift and thanked her for “always being so supportive,” to which the singer sent the same congratulations back and declared the day “the best Friday EVER” thanks to the sweet gift in a post on her Instagram Story.
