Rafael Nadal is all set to make a comeback in January at the Brisbane International. The Spaniard was forced to stay out of the court for 350+ days owing to a hip injury. In a video, Rafa has informed his fans officially that he will be returning to action in January. The Australian Open will be the perfect stage for the Spaniard to announce his comeback.

Rafa’s fans have been over the moon after hearing the news of his return. The comeback of Rafa has found an optimistic pundit in Sebastien Grosjean. The former tennis player and coach said to L’Equipe,

After coming back from such a duration, it would be difficult for Rafa to gain momentum immediately. No doubt, he would be scratchy for the first few games. However, the Brisbane International would be a perfect training ground for Nadal where he would be able to gain some matches under his belt.
