Mo Salah’s strict diet and rigorous workout routine helped him become the most feared forward in the world

His go-to meal is kushari, an Egyptian specialty consisting of rice, macaroni, and lentils with a spicy tomato, chickpea, and onion topping.

He let it go, “When I travel back to Egypt, I contact my friend from the airport to pick up some kushari for us to eat in the car.

“I throw my hoodie over my head, run to the car, and start chowing down on it on the way there.”

Soup, salad, and vegetables are the standard go-tos for dinner. He plans to chase it with a sugar-free glass of fresh fruit juice.

Salah’s obsession with physical training demonstrates his commitment to his profession.

When he isn’t working out with the Reds, he’s doing his own routine of weightlifting, plyometrics, yoga, swimming, and stretching.

Salah attributes his achievement to eating a diet rich in light meals and veggies.

Salah enjoys the Egyptian dish kushari very much.

“Normally, I wake up early to go to training, which begins either in the morning or in the afternoon,” Salah said to ON Ent.

“After that, I visit the gym, which is not required for players, here at the clu. I always stretch and recover again after a workout.

“At the end of the day, I swim at the club’s pool or at home with Makka [his daughter]. Usually, I’m done with everything by 7:30 or 8:00 at night.

Salah didn’t waste a single minute of Ramadan not working on his aes.

After going without food during the day, he woke up at 3 a.m. to lift weights in his basement gym.

As a Chelsea player, Salah was noticeably thinner than he is now.

Certainly less defined even when he recovered his form on loan at Fiorentina before clinching a move to Roma.

His remarkable physical change is the result of his dedication to a healthy diet and regular exercise.
