Kate Upton has revealed her top-secret trick to staying in shape. The model, who came to fame after appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated, posted a video on Instagram in which she can be seen working out…with her daughter

In the publication, there are two videos: one from 2020 and the other from 2023. In both, Upton can be seen squatting while holding her daughter Genevieve.

The key, it turns out, is progressive overload. “I always preach progressive overload to my clients and urge them to gradually bump the weight up over time. I’d say @kateupton nailed it. Her daughter is growing quickly though, so this could get really tough in a few years,” posted the model’s personal trainer on Instagram. Kate doesn’t need the gym to work out, just the help of her three-year-old daughter.
